This position requires an IT Help Desk Technician to provide on-site and remote IT support for Windows PCs, software applications, printers, networking, and A/V equipment in a multi-site manufacturing environment. This position will be responsible for handling incoming tickets and escalating, as needed, to other internal IT support staff.
